Kate Maher Campbell

Kate is a sixth-generation REALTOR® and having grown up in the industry, she has always had a passion for real estate. In 2024, Kate teamed up with John Mulryan to form the Mulryan & Maher Group of Emerson Realtors, and then became a part of Lamacchia Realty upon the recent acquisition.

Kate spent her childhood frequently spending time at her family’s real estate business and learning the ins and outs of the field. Her father, Kevin Maher, was a REALTOR® for over four decades, and was Kate’s motivation for pursuing her career in real estate. Prior to his passing, Kevin was a reliable source of expertise for Kate, and the two of them worked together on numerous transactions. Kate continues to honor her father’s legacy by expertly guiding buyers and sellers in Central Massachusetts through every step of their real estate journey.

Armed with a Business Degree from Worcester State University and prior experience as a Business Development and Marketing Manager, Kate brings of wealth of managerial skills to her real estate profession. She also has deep roots and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market in Auburn, where she was raised and still resides to this day. As far as Kate is concerned, the best part of her job is once a sale closes because it is the outcome of a lot of hard work falling into place. It is exciting each and every time! She loves telling buyers their offer has been accepted and/or telling sellers we have received a great offer on their property!

Kate is involved in the community and supports Auburn Youth and Family services. When she’s not in the real estate field you can find her on another field with her three young children who play baseball, softball and soccer as well as dance!
