John Mulryan is a dominant force in the Central Massachusetts real estate market, boasting an average annual sales volume of $20 million. He has eleven years of experience in residential real estate and has expanded to commercial and development opportunities.  John became a part of Lamacchia Realty following the April 2024 acquisition of Emerson Realtors.

John takes pride in working on transactions of all types—whether you are a first-time buyer or an experienced investor, John will guide you through the process of purchasing and/or selling. He provides exceptional service and takes pride in making this stressful often overwhelming process much easier for his clients by getting creative to make offers stand out from others. At Lamacchia Realty, John is thrilled to leverage the exceptional training, and services he can offer to his clients.

John is actively involved in the community as he supports Auburn youth sports with sponsorships and has held many fundraisers for UMASS Memorial NICU. He holds a bachelor’s degree in health education from Worcester State College and a master’s degree in Sports Science Fitness from United States Sports Academy.

Outside of real estate, John enjoys basketball and soccer, spending time with his family and vacationing in Cape Cod and Florida, and coaching youth sports.
